1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trivioly ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Trivioly is a daily trivia and learning application that provides educational facts and quizzes across 20 knowledge categories. The app includes mini-games, leaderboards, achievements, and social features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game mechanics
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (please report them instead)
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

5. Virtual Currency (Brain Points)

• Brain Points (BP) are virtual currency used within the app
• BP can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money
• BP have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• BP are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify BP earning rates and pricing

6. In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Refund requests should be directed to Google Play
• Prices may change at any time

7. VIP Membership

• VIP membership provides additional features as described in the app
• VIP benefits may change over time with reasonable notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Founding VIP pricing is locked for the lifetime of the subscription

8. Content

• All facts, quizzes, and educational content are provided for informational purposes
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee all facts are error-free
• Users can report inaccurate content through the in-app reporting feature
• All content is owned by Trivioly and may not be reproduced without permission

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its content, features, and functionality are owned by Trivioly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy

11. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
